INTRODUCTION

On Friday, August 11, 2023, an intergenerational dialogue was held at LifeAID office in Yaoundé to commemorate the International Youth Day 2023 in Cameroon. Organized around the theme “Accelerating the Development of Green Skills for Sustainable Peace-Building and Social Cohesion in Cameroon”, the dialogue was chaired by LifeAID President Mr. NGEN Yves RIYUH and facilitated by Dr. TAMETONG Steve. The secretariat was led by AMAHILA DONYE Jeanne D’arc and OUNGUEDOU BODIONG Bertille Gwladys. Initially planned for 25 participants, the dialogue was attended by 43 individuals and associations. The agenda was structured around an opening ceremony, presentations by handpicked experts, and exchanges between the various participants.

The first part of this report is the Program of the day which covers the different themes elaborated by the panelists, followed by the Outcome, and Recommendations.
